Job Description
Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Business Partners and/or IT staff to gather and document information related to requirements and software testing.
- Collect information from multiple sources, sort low- to medium-complexity business issues, and recommend appropriate direction.
- Analyze business processes and associate them to software deliverables.
- Develop and/or execute test scripts against requirements, draft and review documentation in compliance with the FedEx Global Development Process.
- Develop and/or maintain a business model that reflects current processes and business rules.
