Job Description
_We are seeking motivated, articulate, and goal-driven Live Transfer Agents to join our Insurance team. In this role, you will handle warm transfer calls, connect potential clients with licensed insurance agents, and ensure high-quality customer experiences throughout every interaction._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Pre-qualify prospects and gather basic information.
- Transfer warm leads to licensed Insurance agents.
- Meet daily/weekly call and transfer targets.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow compliance guidelines.
