Job Description
Responsibilities
- Live Streaming Interactive Performance (直播互动): Conduct live streaming sessions (3-5 hours/day) on the designated platform (Douyin), focusing on casual chatting, entertainment, and interactive content. 在指定平台（抖音）进行日常直播（每天3-5小时），主打娱乐聊天、吹水互动、才艺展示（非硬性）。
- Audience Engagement (粉丝维护): Actively interact with online viewers, respond to comments, build a positive livestream atmosphere, and convert viewers into loyal followers. 积极与线上观众互动，回复弹幕，活跃直播间气氛，维护并积累属于自己的粉丝群。
- Content Co-Creation (内容共创):...
