As a LiveDesigner , you will report to the Live Producer and be responsible for designing and managing live events and offers while maintaining game balance mechanics across our mobile games. Prior to applying, a work permit for Spain is required.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Plan and follow the game‑balancing mechanics across our Hungry Shark brand.
- Plan and set up in‑game offers and in‑game events.
- Understand and follow the KPIs to be optimized for each game and construct the balancing accordingly.
- Follow and analyze multiple A/B tests to make data‑driven decisions.
- Build and constantly update a balancing ‘Best practice’ module for our future games.
