Job Description

Make a difference as a Live-In Support Worker in a residential setting, focusing on children and youth with special needs. This full-time role supports independence and personal development through structured care and community engagement.
Within this 24-hour live-in position, you will collaborate closely with individuals and their families to create personalized care plans. Utilize your experience to implement life skills training, recreational activities, and community involvement. The role includes evaluating individual progress and adjusting support strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on personalized Plans of Care
• Implement recreational and life skills programs
• Monitor individual progress and communicate with teams
• Maintain residence cleanliness and safety
• Administer medication as per care protocols
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a similar support role
• Clear BC Class 5 driver’s license
