Ocean Earth Chefs seeks a private head chef for an immediate start in Bendinat, Mallorca, to lead a four-chef team and manage a 7-day operation for a Saudi family. You will plan market-driven menus focused on fresh seafood, with weekly sushi and paella Sundays, and provide lunches for 10–15 staff.
