Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Live-in Superintendent for one of our upscale condominiums.
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
Location: Toronto, ON
Compensation: $45,000/year
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment
- Report all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and carry out supply inventory to the Property Manager as required
- Respond to emergencies, interact with contractors and building residents
- Perform checks of mechanical room and handle garbage
- Familiarize with every room in the building
- Paint and touch up as needed
- Follow and improve procedures, and follow up on requests
- Perform small repairs in the common areas
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance
- Enforce rules and regulations of the Condominium
