We are partnering with a boutique firm in Itasca, IL who is looking to hire a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support three attorneys who practice insurance defense and municipal law. This role is suited to someone who can keep case activity organized, manage competing deadlines, and produce accurate legal documents in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to daily legal operations by coordinating communications, maintaining records, and helping attorneys stay prepared for filings, hearings, and trial-related matters.
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate attorney schedules by arranging meetings, court-related appointments, depositions, and other case activities while keeping calendars current.
+ Draft, revise, and review litigation materials, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and subpoenas, to ensure accuracy and proper formatting.
