Job Description
Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced plaintiff-side personal injury practice? Our client seeking a highly organized, self-driven professional to join a collaborative boutique law firm where you'll play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex litigation matters.
What You'll Do
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses for an active litigation caseload.
- Independently manage approximately 35–40 litigation files, ensuring deadlines, court calendars, and case milestones are met.
- Coordinate with attorneys, courts, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and clients throughout the litigation process.
- Prepare cases for trial and provide in-court trial support when needed.
- Assist with pre-litigation matters as required.
