Litigation Defense Attorney
We are actively seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop within a supportive, team-oriented environment while gaining hands-on litigation experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases from initial filing through trial preparation
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Handle written discovery and case strategy development
- Attend court appearances and hearings
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
