Team Overview
Litigation Counsel
The role will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to Di Di Mexico team particularly in litigation matters. This position will play a key role for all Di Di Mexico, business lines, including Mobility, Delivery and Financial Services, by means of designing and coordinating litigation solutions on a variety of topics, such as constitutional, consumer protection, commercial, civil, criminal, labor, tax and administrative issues, among others. You will be based in Mexico City and will report to the Regulatory and Litigation Lead Counsel.
Role Responsibilities Serve as the litigation leader for all Di Di’s business lines, working closely with local leaders and teams to achieve business goals; Act as main point of contact and provide sound legal advice, support and work particularly on complex litigation, labor, tax and regulatory matters, affecting ride-hailing, delivery, and financial services; Work in collaboration with G...
