Job Description
Join Ontario Power Generation as a Litigation Counsel in Toronto, on-site, and deliver strategic legal support for regulatory and commercial litigation. Provide expertise and advice at all organizational levels.
In this regular role, you will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel and play a pivotal part in advising various client groups on legal matters. Your experience in regulatory, energy, and commercial law will be essential in navigating complex litigation cases while contributing to OPG's mission to enhance public outreach and education regarding its operations.
Key Responsibilities:
