We are looking for an associate lawyer with a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience to join our litigation group, with a focus on Indigenous, environmental and regulatory matters, and to be based in our Saskatoon office.
This associate lawyer’s role will involve a wide variety of legal matters, including:
- Aboriginal and Treaty rights litigation
- Advising on the duty to consult
- Applications for judicial review
- Regulatory proceedings before administrative tribunals
