The Davidson team is expanding and looking for a Family Law Associate to navigate various aspects of family law. Responsibilities include litigation processes, support qualification, and dealing with parenting issues through both ADR and court. A successful candidate will be motivated and proactive, eager to tackle challenging cases while balancing interests outside of work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Litigate complex corporate divisions related to family law
• Assess income and support qualifications for clients
• Represent clients in both Provincial Court and ADR settings
• Advise clients on parenting and dispute resolution
• Document legal proceedings and case strategies

• Juris Doctor from a recognized institution
