The practice handles a wide range of complex, high stakes commercial disputes , and associates will have the opportunity to take an active role in all phases of litigation, including strategy, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
Ideal candidates will have:
• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience
