Bison Group Management Ltd o/a Pemberton Hotel is hiring a Liquor Store Manager (NOC 60020). Location: 7423 Frontier St, Pemberton, BC V0N 2L0. Employment: Permanent, full-time (35 hrs/wk). Salary: $44.72/hr.
About the role
Lead the day-to-day operations of our on-site liquor store, ensuring compliant, efficient, and customer-focused service while meeting sales and margin targets.
Key duties
- Plan, organize, and evaluate store operations; set sales goals/KPIs; manage budgets and cost controls.
- Manage staff and staffing needs: hire/train/schedule, assign duties, monitor performance, and enforce policies.
- Manage inventory and pricing: product selection, forecasting, ordering (LDB/vendors), receiving, cycle counts, shrink control, and merchandising/planograms.
- Customer service: evaluate and improve service standards; handle requests and resolve issues/escalations.
