Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented **Linux System Administrator** to join our team in **Ft. Meade, MD.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Creating and managing virtual environments
+ Systems administration of hardware and software in support of maintenance, developing and testing of information technology systems
+ Administration of Linux (i.e., Redhat/Rocky 8)
+ Scripting with Basic Shell (Bash), PUTTY
+ Configuring and maintaining storage and file systems
+ Developing and delivering briefings, technical presentations, and program documentation to senior program management
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years’ of overall technical experience
+ Linux administrative experience (command-line)
+ Server STE/STN Compliancy (ex., NESSUS, MacAfee Agents) and performing server management relating to security tools such as patch management (applying O/S updates, IAVAs,...
