JOB DESCRIPTION Perform in-depth L1 troubleshooting: High CPU/memory consumption Service failures with dependency analysis Filesystem permissions (chmod/chown) Manage user and group administration (creating, modifying, locking accounts). Troubleshoot SSH, sudoers, and authentication‑related issues. Analyze Linux logs using: /var/log/messages /var/log/secure Application logs Support patching cycles (pre-checks, post-validation, failure reporting).
