Job Description
What will you do?
- Administer and support Linux systems, mainly RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Handle production incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and carry out root cause analysis (RCA).
- Execute system changes, updates, and maintenance activities following ITIL processes.
- Use automation and scripting tools such as Ansible and Bash (Python is a plus).
- Manage and operate high‑availability clusters (e.g., Pacemaker, ServiceGuard, Veritas) – nice to have.
- Work with core infrastructure components: Networking (basic/intermediate level).
- Storage – strong expertise in LVM (Logical Volume Manager).
- NFS, CIFS.
- Basic virtualization concepts.
- System security fundamentals.
- Coordinate incidents and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Document your work clearly and maintain accurate technical records.
