Position Overview
The Lineman will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of overhead and underground electrical distribution lines within the solar farm. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient electrical connectivity between solar arrays, substations, and grid interconnection points. This position requires strong technical skills, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in demanding outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain overhead and underground distribution lines within the solar farm.
Perform stringing, tensioning, splicing, terminating , and other line construction activities.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of transformers, switchgear, disconnects, and other electrical equipment .
