Full Time Rail Transportation Workers

Establishes internal capability to forecast line maintenance demand and aligns labor resource optimally. Improves strategy development and labor planning, creates more maintenance scheduling opportunities, increases amount productivity and improves total dispatch reliability.

Essential Functions

Ensures the business processes and data models that supports maintenance goals and objectives and leads process improvement and training activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Operations Research or related quantitative discipline degree.

Minimum Experience
