The Role
To manage assigned liner services to ensure schedule reliability, optimal capacity utilisation, cost control, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities- POL Agent Management
- Collaborate with POL agents to facilitate container bookings and maximize vessel utilisation.
- Monitor agent performance and resolve any issues related to booking and operational efficiency.
- Capacity Management
- Analyze booking trends and forecasts to ensure optimal vessel capacity.
- Communicate with operations to adjust schedules based on capacity needs.
- Weekly Service Performance Reporting
- Prepare and distribute weekly service performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
