Shifts: 12 Hour (06:30am – 18:30pm) // 2-2-3 Shift Pattern on a 2-week rotation (Example below)
Week 1 = Work 2 Days, Off 2 Days, Work 3 Days // Week 2 = Off 2 Days, Work 2 Days, Off 3 Days
