About the Role Position: Line Leader - Production Responsibilities Responsibilities Manage daily production line activities and achieve production targets as per planning. Handle manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and discipline. Maintain production records, reports, rejection formats, and documentation. Update and manage production data using MS Excel. Ensure smooth shop-floor management and adherence to quality standards. Maintain and sustain 6S practices across the production area. Support and drive Lean Manufacturing activities. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and rejection levels. Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
