Overview

At PepsiCo, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Line Lead to lead the operational agenda of our Can and RGB production cells, overseeing both Production and Maintenance teams at our manufacturing plant in Etxabarri-Ibiña (Vitoria-Gasteiz).

This role requires a strong people leader with a passion for operational excellence, capable of driving safety, productivity, efficiency, cost optimization, continuous improvement, and high-performance team culture.
