Job Description

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Line Engineer, you play a critical role in defining line procedures, driving standardization, monitoring performance indicators, implementing continuous improvement actions, leading training activities and supporting operational excellence across the production line. You will be reporting to the Senior Production Manager and you will manage: 1. LINE STANDARDS & PROCESS CONTROL
  • Define work procedures for the line: startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program and consumables management. 

  • Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel.

  • Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment. 

  • Identify Quality devices and ensure the calibration program is carried out. 

  • Perform permanent visual management of the line.
