Essential duties of this position include the following. Employees in this position perform all tasks. Other duties may be assigned.
Main Duties:
+ Assist in opening the cafe with other line cooks, salad bar/coffee area and main kitchen as needed. Breakfast set-up, brew coffee, dishes and daily pre-made food.
+ Prepare deli sandwiches for grab-n-go cooler using a variety of breads, meats, veggies, sauces and techniques.
