DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing food in accordance with the menu specifications and guidelines set out by the Company.
- Prepare and cook all meals according to specifications.
- Follow all food handling, health, and safety regulations, reporting any unsafe working conditions.
- Maintain prep and storage areas in a clean, tidy, and safe manner.
- Be able to support all stations – including prep, wok, and grill, etc.
