Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in culinary arts (preferred but not required).
- At least 1โ2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Japanese cuisine.
- Advance culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Experienced in meat cutting, preparation, and food safety practices.
- Ability to assist in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
- Ability to develop unique recipes.
- Strong organizational and timeโmanagement skills.
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to undergo training and continuous skill development.
