The LIMS Application Analyst is responsible for the development, configuration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our client's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and its related interfaces. This role partners closely with laboratory staff, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the LIMS effectively supports clinical and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢āConfigure, test, and support LIMS enhancements, updates, and issue resolution
ā¢āAct as a liaison between end users and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements
ā¢āManage and document testing for system changes, upgrades, and bug fixes
ā¢āDevelop and deliver training to LIMS end users
ā¢āAnalyze user requests to distinguish true business needs and system capabilities
ā¢āCreate functional documentation including requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and interface designs
