The purpose of the role is to assist the operation team by transporting staff and materials within the city and externally as required.

Responsibilities include:

• Transport employees, guests, and documents to and from designated destinations using company vehicles.
• Document all trips before and after each journey.
• Park vehicles in designated locations when not in use.
• Run daily log reports, identify special requests, and verify report accuracy.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
• Check tire pressure and fluid levels; refuel as necessary.
• Record vehicle incidents using the company’s vehicle application and report to management.
• Assist other drivers during sickness, holidays, or as directed.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
