Position Summary
Our servers create memorable dining experiences by providing a wide range of services, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas. Servers must maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly, ensuring guests enjoy their meal and the overall experience. Servers operate on their feet, moving at a pace that may include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, on uneven or slippery surfaces. They manage the menu by reading and verifying information visually, and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance. They must reach overhead, work below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as required to execute all duties effectively.
