Role Overview

Lifecycle Specialist – Contracts Management, part of the Employee Lifecycle team. Reporting to the Employee Lifecycle Manager, the Specialist ensures all contract‑related activities for Remote’s external employees and clients are performed with a focus on legal compliance, superior employee experience, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements; assist Senior Specialists and Experts on complex projects, including advising on employment law updates.
• Draft, tailor, and administer all employee lifecycle documents for internal and external employees, including employment agreements, amendments, letters, and forms.
• Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on basic and complex legal interpretations in employment agreements.
