Job Description
Position : Lifecycle Services Engineer
Location: Western Australia
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per annum
Hours: Full time / 38 hours per week
We have an opportunity for a Lifecycle Services Engineer based in Perth, WA. Lifecycle Services Engineers provide technical service and support to Emerson’s Australian and New Zealand customers based locally and throughout Australia & NZ for our products including Delta V, SIS, including maintenance services, diagnostics, installation and commissioning, start-up and problem solution.
They act as a focal point for customer technical support, preventative maintenance, improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Key Deliverables include + Provide prompt response to customer requests for service + Ensure timely execution of planned maintenance activities + Provide phone support for DeltaV clients + Customer site work may require periods of 1-2 weeks onshore and 3-4 weeks offshore, away from ho...
