The Role
Permanent full-time position.
Employment services is a people business, and we focus on peoplefirst. Create relationships with your caseload and assist them to address
non-vocational challenges with a view to improving their employment capability.
Be curious rather than judgmental to assess clients for non-vocational barriers
to employment, develop a support plan and coordinate appropriate referrals.
This position based in Belconnen will service the ACT region - Woden,
Tuggeranong, Queanbeyan, Goulburn, the role requires some travel and
overnight stay, telehealth servicing can be done between periods of travel. A
company car will be provided to you for travel.
Duties
