Job Description
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum
5 years of experience
in automotive manufacturing, program management, launch management, or engineering. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and automotive quality standards. Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements. PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus. Experience with launch management systems and KPI reporting.
