Job Overview

AgeCare is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Care, the LPN provides planned, patient‑oriented, goal‑directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards and supports residents and their families.
