Summary This Licensed Practical Nurse position is located within the Surgical Care Service at the Providence VA Medical Center, in Providence, Rhode Island. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The Eye Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) has an exceptional degree of practical nursing knowledge and skills in specialized procedures/practices necessary for concentrated effort and self-direction in carrying out the most complex nursing care assignments. This is done for selected Veterans requiring skilled ambulatory/surgical nursing care on a regular/recurring basis. The individual possesses the knowledge of program regulations and can carry out objectives of the Nursing Program.
