In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and be integral to delivering goal-directed nursing care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your primary focus will be on ensuring resident care, implementation of care plans, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will help maintain accurate assessments and communicate necessary updates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the care team on assessments
• Conduct resident assessments, care plans, and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments per regulation
• Participate in care conferences and facilitate transitions
• Respond to resident condition changes and handle emergencies
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in BC
