In this role, you’ll work to the full scope of your practice within a multidisciplinary team, providing patient- and family-centered care based on evidence-informed practices. You’ll care for a diverse range of clients in both Acute Care and the Emergency Department, using your organizational and critical thinking skills to deliver holistic care. We’re seeking a strong problem solver and decision maker who can assess, plan, and evaluate interventions while engaging patients and families in their care.
