Job Description
Join Smurfit Westrock’s Guelph facility as a Licensed Industrial Millwright 433A on a weekend maintenance team. This role focuses on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance for a thriving manufacturing environment.
We are looking for three Licensed Industrial Millwrights to enhance our weekend maintenance operations. The successful candidates will undergo 3-6 months of training on a day shift before transitioning to a 36-hour, three-day workweek. You'll be responsible for addressing machinery breakdowns, maintaining preventative programs, and supporting the operational efficiency of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve plant equipment issues
• Maintain and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Respond to equipment breakdowns efficiently
