Job Description
A Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveyor who manages project costs, prepares estimates and tender documents, evaluates bids, and monitors budgets to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibility:
1. Prepare cost estimates and BOQs
2. Monitor budgets and project expenses
3. Evaluate bids and manage contracts
4. Track progress billing and variations
5. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
