Library Operations Executive - $3800/mth
Location: Chinatown
Work Arrangement: 5-day work week on a rotating roster (Monday–Sunday), with mandatory weekend shifts.
Salary: Up to $3,800 per month, depending on experience
Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the library branch and work closely with the Library Head and Manager
Supervise service staff handling shelving, shelf‑reading, customer enquiries, and backroom duties
Ensure staff follow operational procedures, SOPs, and service guidelines
Monitor service quality and consolidate feedback, compliments, and complaints
Coordinate system issues, IT equipment upkeep, and building or facilities maintenance
