Job Description
Join Library Services in Bruce County as a Library Clerk on a part-time basis. Provide essential assistance to patrons, manage library circulation tasks, and help run engaging programs in a collaborative environment.
This role involves working under the Lead Branch Supervisor with 30.5 to 36.5 hours over two weeks. You’ll have the chance to take on shifts at different branches during staff absences, accommodating evenings and weekends. Clerical duties and organization are also part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer information services and readers’ advisory to library users
• Carry out circulation desk tasks to lend and return items
• Support programming initiatives and coordinate participation
• Perform clerical and maintenance duties as required
