Librarian- Primary Grades (Immediate Joiners) Core Purpose A Librarian at Inventure Academy creates an engaging and inclusive learning environment by managing library resources and fostering a culture of reading, inquiry, and lifelong learning. Key Responsibilities Curate, organize, and maintain physical and digital library resources. Ensure efficient day-to-day library operations and resource accessibility. Promote reading and library engagement through events and initiatives. Monitor library usage and maintain accurate records and reports. Collaborate with faculty to align resources with curriculum and student learning needs. Attributes Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for books, learning, and student engagement Proficiency with library systems and digital tools Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented Qualifications Degree in Library Science or related field Prior school or academic library experience
