Hills Waste Solutions – LGV Driver
Location: Calne
Salary: £33,867.93 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
What is the role all about?
As our LGV Driver, you’ll be trained to operate a variety of Class 2 vehicles, focusing on various waste streams from commercial premises across Wiltshire. Using vehicles such as rear end loaders, roll on roll offs, hooklift and box trucks, you’ll be collecting different types of waste from bin tipping to skip collecting.
What you will be doing:
- Operating a variety of Class 2 vehicles to collect commercial waste streams across Wiltshire.
- Carry out daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks, notifying the transport office of any defects.
- Drive safely with due regard for other road users and work within Road Traffic legislation and regulations.
