Job Description
Join Payments Canada as a Level II Payment Operations Centre Analyst to enhance Canada's payment security. This position includes 24/7 support, system oversight, and direct interaction with clients.
Your role as an Analyst encompasses critical monitoring of payment systems, mediation of incidents, and advisory services to financial members. You will also contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and customer service will define your interactions with stakeholders.
