Job Responsibilities

The position serves as the main contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle, from approval to closing. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the deal flow pipeline in collaboration with Relationship Managers to ensure timely closings.


• Coordinating and reviewing closing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Overseeing the transaction process, including issue escalation and risk management.


• Ensuring accurate processing and booking of loan activities such as payments and draws.


• Communicating any issues to lenders prior to closing.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.


• Ability to enforce policies and procedures confidently.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Bank's core system, and nCino software.
