Become a critical part of HashMicro's legal team as a Legal Operations Associate, ensuring compliance and managing legal documentation for our innovative software solutions.
HashMicro is on the lookout for a Legal Operations Associate with at least two years of experience in corporate legal functions. In this role, you'll draft and review legal documents while guaranteeing compliance with Indonesian laws. You'll collaborate with various departments to align legal processes and assist regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and draft agreements, MoUs, and procurement documents
• Prepare documentation for litigation and dispute resolution
