Job Description
The Legal Manager will oversee all legal aspects of real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while protecting the company's interests. He will provide timely and accurate legal advice and legal risk assessment to the business on all relevant legal matters to ensure protection against legal exposure and liability which will facilitate the implementation of risk mitigation measures and management decision making. Demonstrate compliance with legal policies and procedures and obtain approvals where required.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and amend agreements drafted by the Business, including NOCs, temporary licenses, Plot and Unit resale agreements, Plot and Unit Termination Agreements, Settlement Agreements and Amendment Agreements
- Liaising with Dispute lawyers (DH Litigation) to ensure that risk is minimized.
